I've always LOVED a great story, and that is how I view photography - freezing and honoring your genuine moments that make up your story (whether it be graduating from high school, marrying your best friend, becoming a mama or daddy, starting your own company...) in a way that highlights the breathtaking and beautiful creation you are, God's handiwork.

I call Mississippi home now, but I was born a Nebraska cornhusker baby, moved to Nevada, North Carolina, and then to Kenya, Africa, for 5 1/2 years. Growing up, my eyes were opened to the beauty and diversity of God's creation, and I was reminded that our time here on earth is precious and limited. Ramsey turned a rainy, cloudy day into the most gorgeous engagement photos and she made us feel completely comfortable and at home in front of the camera. Not only is Ramsey super easy going, but the quality of her photographs is amazing! She is great at queuing poses that look natural and fun, and the lighting she is able to capture is impressive. Where do I even begin? Ramsey was flexible, wonderful with our newborn, and is brilliant in her craft. I genuinely can't even comprehend the skill she possesses to create such beautiful photos. Our baby girl was fussy throughout the entire session, and you would never know. Ramsey is extremely patient and you can tell she is wonderful with babies/kids. We are blown away and will continue to use Ramsey for our photography needs in the future!

Ramsey photographed our engagement photos and made the experience so enjoyable. I don’t love being in front of the camera, but Ramsey had a plan, talked us through the entire process, and made it incredibly fun with her kind, calm, and creative spirit. She has a knack for making you feel comfortable in front of the camera, but pairing that with her skill and eye for details, she produced some really fun and beautiful images that we are so thankful for.
